Starting from the Scopes tabs you will see a list of scopes configured in OpenIddict, to narrow down the results you can start typing in the search bar at the top of the view. This will filter the results you see on if the query you typed is founc with a scopes name or display name.
There is also an additional filter applied by default that hided reserved scopes, to change this selected show filters, this will make the above filter visible to you and then to change you just select the filter you with to remove and its state will be toggled between on and off.
