Create Scope
To create a soap form the scopes list page click to add button.
This will open a wizard in a modal for creating scopes. With a number of steps to complete.
Step One: Scope Details
This first step is where you will specify the unique name, display name, and a description for your scope.
Step Two: Resources
This second step allow you to set resource value on the scope, you enter text into the input field and click add or hit enter. You can do this many times.
Step Three: Summary
This final step is a summary step that allows you to review the values you have entered and finish by creating the scope of go back and make changes if required.
