Managing users in a role
You can see the users associated with a role by selecting the user tab.
The users in this list represent the users associated with the current role. Using the search input, you can filter the list.
Using the 'Manage Users' button opens a new dialogue which allows you to perform multiple operations for associating and de-associating users from a role.
Using the search input box, you can filter the list of users by their name.
Removing Users
Users in the current role are those who have tick when they appear in the list.
To remove that user from a list, select the checkbox to uncheck the user. That user appears in the Removing list.
Add Users
Users who are not currently associated with a role appear in the list without the checkbox is active. To associate the user to the current role, select the checkbox, and the user appears in the Adding list.
Saving Changes
To save the changes select the 'Save' button
